Having opened in 1892, the facility’s first name was the Grand Ole Opry House. The Ryman Auditorium has been a significant figure in the country. New Jersey born phenom Daniel Donato moved to Nashville, Tennesse during his youth. A self taught guitarist and singer, he began busking on the streets during his teen years. At 17 years old, he scored a gig at the legendary honky tonk venue Robert’s Western World. In 2015, Daniel Donato created the Cosmic Country band, an act that has a diversified sound comprising rock and roll, roadhouse twang, psychedelia, and tons more. The band performed its first gig in 2016 and categorizes their music as “cosmic country.” Donato and his band has released four albums, including their latest release Reflector in 2023.
