Two legendary artists, Amy Grant & Vince Gill, will be making an appearance at the legendary Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. This unique concert will be happening on Thursday, eleventh December. As an element of their 15th traditional "Christmas at the Ryman" residency, this series of appearances offers a limited 12 performances across a select set of evenings in December, offering what will be spectacular afternoon and late shows. The residency honors all the timeless and festive classics. Impressively, Grant and Gill have performed over 100 shows at the venue, to record them being the first to achieve this. This residency unveils their latest joint album "When I Think Of Christmas," mixing classic tunes with cheerful stories and a friendly atmosphere.
Amy Grant, known as the Queen of Christian Music, owns an extensive library of favorites that audiences and supporters have come to know and enjoy. Popular classics like "Baby, Baby," "El Shaddai," and the singular "Every Heartbeat" creates a lively sing-along by the fans. Along her decades-long path, her extensive list of honors includes six Grammy wins, many Gospel Music Association Dove honors, and achievements of three multi-platinum releases, six platinum, and four gold. She traveled broadly in 2024 with 33 seasonal concerts, with headlining appearances at the Ryman over Mother's Day. She unveiled the streaming version of "Songs From The Loft" (originally from 1993). A compilation of previously unheard tracks and versions assembled to form her "Expanded Anniversary Edition" of "House Of Love." Now, she is crafting a new musical set for her 2025 release, with an initiative alongside Vince Gill to aid numerous charities.
Vince Gill, a Nashville and world legend, is known for his mighty tenor and expert guitar technique. The sensitive lyrics of his performances of hits like "When I Call Your Name," "Go Rest High on That Mountain," and "Whenever You Come Around" are known to have varying emotional effects on his audiences. His outstanding achievements encompass 18 CMA recognitions, 22 Grammys, and eight Academy of Country Music Honors. He is a big part of the Grand Ole Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame, and Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame and is further recognized with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the BMI Icon recognition in 2014. Across his career, and 21 releases, his joint efforts with Grant has resulted in their "When I Think Of Christmas" album.
