Nashville will be the first stop for comedian Chelsea Handler and her The High and Mighty Tour this April as she makes her way to cities across the country. The comedian will perform at Nashville’s iconic Ryman Auditorium on April 16. Chelsea Handler was on TV for a long time, which could be a good thing or a bad thing. A lot of times, fans come to her live shows expecting Chelsea Lately, but they don't realize that she takes a lot more chances on these performances.

Award-winning comedian, actress, best-selling author and television producer Chelsea Handler will bring her outrageous show to Nashville’s legendary Ryman Auditorium on Thursday, April 30, 2026. Considered one of the top nights in comedy every year, Handler will be joined by other well-known names in comedy in an evening of high-energy, bold and provocative storytelling.
Handler co-created, starred in, and executive-produced the late-night E! Entertainment talk show “Chelsea Lately,” which spent nearly six years in production and averaged about 3 million viewers per episode. She then went on to create and star in the Netflix talk show “Chelsea,” making her one of the first stars to move to the digital platform. Her latest series, which premiered on Friday, explores her activism on topics including gender equality, healthcare, and civic engagement. So, if you thought Handler was only funny and not intellectual, think again.
Ryman Auditorium, affectionately known as "The Mother Church of Country Music", is located in the heart of downtown Nashville, Tennessee. The legendary venue has 2,362 seats in each molded, wooden bench on the floor as well as on the balcony. 119 years old and still performing at its best, the Ryman Auditorium provides great sight lines and state-of-the-art surround sound.
