The Indigo Girls 2026 Fall Tour with special guest Linda Perry comes to the Ryman on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The Indigo Girls, comprised of singer/songwriters Amy Ray and Emily Saliers, will take to the stage of one of the best venues in the country, the historic Ryman Auditorium, for a night of folk rock with special guest Linda Perry. The renowned singer/songwriter wrote the hit song "What's Up?" as well as penned the hit song "Beautiful" for Christina Aguilera.
Expect the Indigo Girls to play songs such as "Closer to Fine" and "Galileo" along with songs from their 2020 release Look Long. The concert will take place at the historic Nashville Ryman Auditorium, a venue with a 2,362 capacity and host to the Indigo Girls on their 9-city US tour. Indigo Girls announce a 9 show Fall Tour on September 30th at the legendary Ryman Auditorium with Special Guest: Linda Perry. The tour will be visiting Columbus OH, Rochester Hills MI, Austin TX, Dallas TX, Nashville TN, Memphis TN, Atlanta GA, and more cities across the country.
Indigo Girls Amy Ray and Emily Saliers have been touring together since they were in elementary school when they started performing as a duo in the 1980s. Their folk rock style is well known for acoustic guitars and sweet harmonies on songs like "Closer to Fine", "Galileo", and "Kid Fears".
The duo has sold over 15 million records worldwide. Their latest album "Look Long" was released in 2025 and continues to showcase the Girls' ability to evolve while staying relevant. Indigo Girls were awarded a Grammy for Best Folk Album in 1989 for their self-titled debut album which went on to sell over 2 million copies. The duo was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award at the International Folk Music Awards in 2025. With 16 studio albums to their credit and many gold, platinum, and double platinum awards.
Perhaps best known as the lead vocalist for 4 Non-Blondes and their hit song "What's Up?" after the concert, as well as hit song writing as a solo artist and producer for other artists such as Christina Aguilera (Beautiful), Pink (Get the Party Started), and Gwen Stefani (What You Waiting For?), Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee (2015) with multiple Grammy nominations for Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Producer of the Year. Also co-wrote songs for Adele, Alicia Keys, Courtney Love and many more.
The Ryman Auditorium is located at 116 Rep. John Lewis Way N, Nashville, TN 37219. It is the "Mother Church of Country Music" and was once home to the Grand Ole Opry with performers such as Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash, Coldplay and Taylor Swift. Ryman Auditorium does not have a public parking lot on property; however self-parking is available directly across the street from the venue at the 5th + Broadway parking facility located at 179 Rep. John Lewis Way N. Enter venue off of 4th Avenue N from the parking lot. There is also ample street parking and additional parking lots throughout the neighborhood.
